2. How to Record Streaming Online Music?
Recording any online streaming music is now made easy with Cinch Audio Recorder. Listed below are the steps to record online streaming music:
Note: Always close all other music applications for excellent-quality audio. Else those sounds can also be captured.

Step 1: Install Cinch Audio Recorder Software and launch the software from your desktop.
Step 2: Click “Start” on the top left of your screen. This software is now ready to record your favorite music.
Step 3: Now, play your favorite music from any online streaming sites you want to get recorded. This software will start recording the music and will also capture all the music’s details, including music title, artist, album details, etc.
Step 4: Click on the “Stop” button (Same yellow button on upper-left) as soon as the recording is completed.
Step 5: The recorded music files get stored in your local drive, which can be viewed by clicking on the “Folder” icon in the bottom right of the screen.
How to save streaming music as wav file format
You can save streaming music in WAV file format. Go to “Settings” and tick “Also save .wav(lossless) files”
3. How to Edit ID3 Tags Manually?
This Audio Recorder comes with a unique feature that captures all the relevant information of a recorded music file. However, If you still want to change specific details, follow the steps below to edit ID3 tags manually.
Step 1: Run the Cinch Audio Recorder Software and select the “Track” you want to modify.
Step 2: Click on the 2nd the last icon on the right, which says “ID3 Editor“. A pop-up with all the relevant information about the music already pre-filled will appear.
Step 3: Modify the field you want to change and click on “Save.”
How to get ID3 tagged automatically?
If your music files have no ID3 info like track1.mp3. The Cinch audio recorder can fix it automatically. Just import the music file from the “Import” menu. Select a song or all of them and right-click on them and choose “Regain ID3”. The Cinch will write ID3 tags into those songs quickly.
4. How to Create a ringtone?
You can create some beautiful ringtones using our Audio Recording Software. Record your favorite music that you would like to set as a ringtone and then follow the below steps:-
Step 1: You can initiate the “Make Ringtone” option either by right-clicking on your favorite music -> Make Ringtones or by directly clicking on the last icon, “Make Ringtones.”
Step 2: A Popup with an option to edit and select only a portion of music will appear. Select the part of the music you want to set as a ringtone and click “Save.”
Step 3: You will get a prompt to “Name” the ringtone. Just key in the name and save the file.
Step 4: Now access this ringtone file by clicking on the “Folder” icon on the bottom right. Then browse to the “Ringtone” folder, copy your music, paste it into your local device, and set the theme as your ringtone.
5. How to Play Recorded Music on the Cinch Audio Recorder?
Music that gets recorded is listed at the bottom as a playlist; a copy is stored in the folder, which can be easily accessed by clicking on the “Folder” icon in the bottom right of the screen.
You can directly play your favorite music by clicking on the play button at the bottom or by moving the files from the Recorded Folder to your portable device and then playing from there.
6. How to Remove Short / Unfinished Recordings or Delete Recorded Files?
Your completed / incomplete recording gets stored in the playlist, which is listed at the bottom. You can easily select any of the Tracks and quickly delete them.
Right-click on the Track and Select the “Remove” option to delete the file.
7. How do you Change the Folder Path of Recorded Music Files?
All the recorded music files get stored in a folder on your local drive. This path can be easily changed:-
Step 1: Install and Open the Cinch Audio Recorder
Step 2: Click on the “Setting” icon in the top right of the screen and then select “Folder Path.”
Step 3: Edit or change the “Folder Path” and Save it
8. How to Update the Software?

Step 1: Click on the “Setting” icon in the top right of the screen and then select “Folder Path.”
