- Keep your license perpetual with no recurring subscription
What You Cannot Do
- Share your license key with others
- Install on multiple devices with one license
- Reverse engineer or modify the software
- Use the product for illegal purposes
- Remove copyright notices

2Activation & License
Your license may require an internet connection for initial activation, periodic validation, and hardware-based license checks.
- Initial activation through an online connection
- Reasonable offline grace periods where supported
- License tied to a hardware fingerprint for abuse prevention

3Your Data & Privacy
What We Collect
- License validation data such as email, license key, and machine ID
- Anonymous usage statistics to improve product stability and support
- Trial tracking such as the number of recordings
What We Do Not Collect
- Your audio recordings
- Personal files or documents
- Browsing history
Your recordings are stored locally only. We do not access or upload your audio files.
4Payments & Refunds
- One-time payment for a perpetual license unless otherwise stated
- No hidden recurring subscription charges for the standard license
- Refund requests handled according to the published refund policy
